Mike is an accomplished construction and development professional with over 20 years of experience. His wide-ranging expertise includes construction planning & scheduling, building code & permitting, budgeting, bidding, negotiating, quality control management, safety & compliance management, organization & time management, and vendor & materials management. Joe is an ambitious construction professional with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. His experience in the field as a carpenter and superintendent allowed him to excel as Project Manager, providing him with insight to properly read construction documents and understand work sequences and durations.

Since 2009, Joe has managed several multimillion-dollar projects with well-known businesses and brands including but not limited to the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, the Arcade Residences, Bank of America, Northwestern University, PETCO, Massage Envy, Steve Madden, Chipotle, PNC Bank, Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, Christ Church, and multiple property Owners & Managers.

Danielle oversees all bookkeeping and financial operations for CHOICE Construction Group. With more than 10 years of experience in finance (both National and International), property management and office management, she is well versed in all operational aspects of running a construction management company. In addition to her relentless attention to detail and accuracy, she has superior communication and customer service skills.
